We focus on identifying and acquiring strategically located vacant land to build single family homes and multifamily properties thus assisting in reducing the vast shortage in homes.
We remove any possible extra cost in the entire building process from land acquisition, construction and sales. All of our projects are built in a negotiated flat fixed fee model.
City submissions for permits executed on an expedient process.
We work closely withh our in house general contractor to guarantee quality control and product reliance, ensuring that our projects are completed on timely fashion.
